Cancellation Policy

We do understand unforeseen events come up, but please try to give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled service if you need to cancel or reschedule. • If canceled between 48–24 hours prior, a 10% fee of the service total will be charged. • If canceled less than 24 hours prior, a 35% fee will apply. Payment is due immediately after service unless prepaid. Any invoice not paid within 24 hours is subject to a $10 daily late fee. Please ensure we have access to your home at the scheduled time. If we arrive and cannot access the property after 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered canceled and cancellation fees will apply. We love pets! Please secure any aggressive or overly anxious animals during your appointment to ensure safety for both your pet and our staff. If something wasn’t done to your satisfaction, let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll gladly return to correct it. After 24 hours, re-cleans are no longer guaranteed. Best Regards
