How Our Cleaning Services Are Priced

We offer a tiered pricing structure so you can select the level of service that best fits your home and your needs — from light maintenance to full deep cleaning. All services are billed as flat rates — no hourly charges or surprises.

How Our Tiered Pricing Works

​

Our pricing is tiered based on the size of your home and the time required to properly complete your cleaning. We do this to ensure fairness and transparency — larger homes naturally require more time and detail than smaller spaces.

 

We do not conduct in-person walkthroughs — our pricing is based on the home size and condition as described during booking. If we encounter anything significantly outside the normal scope of work (such as extreme buildup or unexpected conditions), we will always communicate this during your service.

Standard Maintenance Clean:

 

• Small homes (under 1,500 sq ft) → $130–$150

• Medium homes (1,500–2,000 sq ft) → $150–$175

• Large homes (2,000+ sq ft) → $175–$200+
  → Includes up to 2 hours of cleaning time. Any additional time required will be billed at $35/hour.

Deep Clean:

 

• Small homes (under 1,500 sq ft) → $300

• Medium homes (1,500–2,000 sq ft) → $325–$350

• Large homes (2,000+ sq ft) → $350–$400+
  → Includes up to 3 hours of cleaning time. Any additional time required will be billed at $65/hour.

We charge an additional hourly rate for extra time to account for the added labor, supplies, and wear on equipment required for homes that need more than the standard time included in each service.

 

If your home requires significantly more time than expected due to buildup, clutter, or other conditions, any additional time will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

 

Our goal is always to provide you with upfront, transparent pricing — no hidden fees, and no need for an in-home walkthrough to schedule your service.

Additional Policies & Fees

 

• Homes with more than 3 bathrooms — additional charge of $25

• Homes with excessive pet shedding — additional charge of $20

• Basements, attics, and third floors — additional charge of $50 for a standard clean, $100 for a deep clean

• Blind cleaning is a separate service and must be booked as an add-on. We will only perform a light dusting of blinds unless blind cleaning is selected.

 

 

Please note that we are very specific in what our cleaning packages include. Any tasks requested outside of the listed scope of your selected package will result in an additional charge.

 

Cancellations & Reschedules: Any cancellations or reschedules made on the client’s behalf will result in a forfeited deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

All services and deposits are subject to NYS sales tax.

 

Before booking with us, please be aware that we typically send 1 cleaner for standard cleans and no more than 2 cleaners for deep cleans unless otherwise discussed.
