How Our Cleaning Services Are Priced

Got It Maid LLC uses a tiered, flat-rate pricing structure based on the size of your home, selected service, and expected scope of work. This allows us to provide clear, upfront pricing while accounting for the additional time and detail larger homes may require.

Our services are not billed by the hour. Any time shown during online booking is used for scheduling purposes and does not determine the final cost of your service.​

Standard Maintenance Clean:

 

• Small homes (under 1,500 sq ft) → $135–$150

• Medium homes (1,500–2,000 sq ft) → $155–$175

• Large homes (2,000+ sq ft) → $180–$200+
  → Includes up to 2 hours of cleaning time. Any additional time required will be billed at $35/hour.

Deep Clean:

 

• Small homes (under 1,500 sq ft) → $325

• Medium homes (1,500–2,000 sq ft) → $375

• Large homes (2,000+ sq ft) → $425
  → Includes up to 3 hours of cleaning time. Any additional time required will be billed at $65/hour.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & FEES

Additional services may be added depending on availability and the needs of your home.

Available add-ons may include:

• Oven Cleaning — $75

• Refrigerator Cleaning — $65

• Basement Cleaning — Standard +$50 / Deep +$100

• Blind Cleaning — $18 per blind

• Stair Cleaning — $3 per step

• Additional Bathroom — +$25

• Carpet Shampooing — starting at $75 per room

• Dishes

• Organization & Reset Services

 

Additional services should be requested before your appointment whenever possible so appropriate time, supplies, staffing, and pricing can be arranged.

 

Services outside the originally scheduled scope are not automatically included.
